Choose between three of our exclusive customized Packages: A Vibe, A Vision or a Whole Vibe, all curated with you in mind.

Capacity: 70 Guests to ensure ample space for a Dance floor 

 

Reserving your dream Event Space has never been easier with our simple payment policies at Vision & Vibe Studios. To secure your desired date, a 50% deposit is required, which will be applied towards the balance. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event with payment plans available as desired. In addition to the balance, we do require a $250 security deposit due two weeks prior to your Event date, which will be returned upon inspection of the Venue within 7 business days. Cancellations up to 30 days in advance are accepted. For any additional hours or time needed, payment must be made in advance. At Vision & Vibe Studios, we aim to make your Event Planning experience stress-free and seamless.

Friday: 4:00 pm – 12:00  am

Saturday & Sunday:  9:00 am – 12:00 am

Additional time available upon request and availability. Max 12:00 am. 

A Vibe Package

Our Vibe package is the perfect edition in creating your special day.  We offer 5 & 8 hour Event space access with seating provided for up to 70 Guests.   

 

 Includes:

  • 8 ft Banquet Tables – fits 10 people per table
  • 70 White Folding Chairs
  • Two 6 ft Rectangular Tables for Food & Beverage
  • Bluetooth Powered Speakers
  • LED Uplights to match your Theme
  • One Metal Easel for your Welcome sign
  • One Gifts & Guestbook Table Bar
  • Kitchenette Area including a refrigerator + storage
  • Open floor plan
  • Wall to Wall Mirror
  • WIFI
  • 2 Restrooms
  • Food Room/ Lounge
  • Setup and Breakdown of Tables and chairs
  • Free Parking with additional parking in the back 
  • Wheelchair accessible

 

Pricing:

  • 5 hours: $880 + tax,  includes 1 hour of setup + 1 hour of clean up ( Total of 7 hours )
  • 8 hours: $1080 + tax,  includes 1 additional hour of clean up (Total of 9 hours)

A Vision Package

Our Vision package is the perfect collaboration between us. It allows us to add our special touches and vibe, while you can still style the space to bring it all to life.  

 

Includes all items listed in the Vibe Package PLUS:

  • Choice of Table Linen: White, Ivory or Black
  • Table runner to match your theme
  • 2 Wireless Microphones 
  • Mobile Bar *Alcohol + Bartender not included. Please ask about our Bartending Option. 

Pricing:

  • 5 hours: $1,180 + tax, includes 1 hour of setup + 1 hour of clean up ( Total of 7 hours)
  • 8 hours: $1,380 + tax, includes 1 additional hour of clean up ( Total of 9 hours)

A Whole Vibe Package

Our Whole Vibe Package is exactly that. A Whole Vibe. Leave the decorating and styling to us, so the day of you can simply show up and enjoy your special day. Select from our various looks that fit your theme best and leave the stress behind so you can focus on what’s important. Celebrating you and the day you’ve been dreaming about.

Includes all items listed in the Vision + Vibe Packages PLUS:

  • Choice of Backdrop: Gold Circle Arch, Greenery Wall, or Chiara Backdrops
  • Backdrop Styling: 10 ft Balloon Garland with colors to match your theme. Floral Accents available. Please ask for pricing.
  • Neon Sign: Choice of Let’s Party, Happy Birthday, It was Always You or Oh baby. Custom Vinyl & Acrylic signs available. Please ask for pricing. 
  • Choice of: Gold or Silver Charger Plates 
  • Small Floral Centerpieces
  • Dinnerware: Plates, Silverware, Cups and Napkins
  • Votive LED Candles
  • Setup and Breakdown
